Transit insurance on every package
Your belongings are covered against loss or damage from a vehicle accident, fire, theft or a fall during loading. Limits scale with your package, and you can extend cover for art, antiques or anything worth more.

Crew, truck, travel between addresses, wrapping materials, dismantling and reassembly, GST and transit cover up to your package limit. The only reason a fixed price changes is if the inventory or access is different from what you told us, and we agree any change with you before we act on it.
Note it on the delivery sign-off or email us within 7 days with photos. We acknowledge claims within one business day and aim to settle within ten business days, by repair, replacement or payment.
We apply for council standing permits and work zones where they are needed. Let us know about any building or strata rules when you book.
A dedicated truck carries only your belongings and travels straight to your new home. A backload shares space on a scheduled run, costs 30 to 45 percent less and has a wider delivery window.
A $150 deposit secures your date. The balance is paid on the day by card or bank transfer once unloading is complete.
