Overview
Most Sydney moves are not complicated, they are just full of small risks: a third-floor walk-up in Bondi, a tight driveway in Balmain, a clearway on Parramatta Road that starts at 3pm. Our house removal crews plan for those details during the quote, so moving day is about carrying boxes, not solving problems.
Every house removal is priced as a fixed package based on your inventory, access at both ends and travel between suburbs. There is no clock running while we find a parking spot, and no surprise fuel levy on the invoice. If we underestimate the job, that is our cost, not yours.
Crews arrive with padded blankets, stretch wrap, mattress bags, wardrobe cartons, floor runners and a toolkit for dismantling beds and tables. Furniture is reassembled in the room you choose before we leave.

You receive a written price within two business hours listing the crew size, truck, inclusions and cover limit.

Your crew lead calls 48 hours before the move to confirm times, parking permits and anything that has changed.

Moving day
We protect floors and doorways, wrap and load, then unload and reassemble at your new place. You sign off room by room.

Two to three weeks is ideal for most homes. For the last Friday or Saturday of a month, or during school holidays, book four to six weeks ahead.
Someone should be present at the start to walk the crew through and at the end to sign off. In between, you can leave keys with the crew lead.
Yes. Please defrost the fridge 24 hours before and disconnect the washing machine hoses. We secure drum bolts if you still have them.
Nothing changes. The price is fixed for the inventory you listed. If you add items on the day, we agree any change with you before loading them.
