Yes. Every package includes transit insurance for loss or damage caused by an accident to the vehicle, fire or theft, with limits from $10,000 to $50,000. You can extend cover for high-value items.

Note it on the delivery sign-off or email us within 7 days with photos. We acknowledge claims within one business day and aim to settle within ten business days, by repair, replacement or payment.

Breakage cover applies to items we pack. Boxes you pack are covered for transit incidents but not for internal breakage, which is why many customers book fragile-only packing.

Yes, $20 million public liability, plus workers compensation for every crew member. Certificates are available for strata and building managers.

First jobs start between 7:00am and 7:30am. Later jobs get a two hour arrival window, and your crew lead calls when they are 30 minutes away.

Light clothing can stay in sturdy chests of drawers. Remove anything heavy, fragile or valuable, and empty flat-pack drawers completely.

We apply for council standing permits and work zones where they are needed. Let us know about any building or strata rules when you book.

Yes. We load sealed containers at your home and rack them at our Alexandria depot until you are ready.
