Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Removal bookings and transit insurance
Fixed prices are based on the inventory and access details you provide. If the inventory or access differs materially on the day, we will agree any change with you before proceeding.
Transit insurance limits depend on your package and are confirmed in your written quote. Claims must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Items packed by the owner are covered for transit incidents but not for internal breakage.
- A $150 deposit secures your booking and is refundable up to 72 hours before the move.
- We cannot carry hazardous goods including gas bottles, fuel, paint or ammunition.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
